In these four weeks, we will build awareness and dive into the emotions and beliefs that are holding you back from becoming the person you want to become.

Together, we will figure out what thoughts, emotions, and past experiences are impacting your current life. I will use different techniques to release and heal from them.

The sessions are designed so you can recognize your own patterns, accept and take full responsibility, to then modify your emotional and belief system into a more positive and uplifting one.

The aim of our work is for you to tap into your authentic self and show up fearlessly and confident in the different areas of your life. After releasing the current heavyness, burnout, and confusion, we will focus on self-compassion and self-love.

I offer a safe and non-judgemental space for you to speak your truth, give light to your darkest side, and discover hidden parts of yourself.

The sessions include:



  • Weekly 60 min sessions over Skype or Zoom.
  • Shadow work: To heal the wounded self and discover those parts of ourselves that we choose to repress or hide.
  • Dialectical Therapy: a combination of cognitive behavior therapy and mindfulness practice as a healing mechanism.
  • Unlimited email support. During our work together you are more than welcome to discuss any question, suggestion, or insight that comes up.
  • Mindset Routine video training + workbook: To establish a new belief system we need to create a routine that helps us create the right energy and flow.

I was already shaping my life the way I desired, but I was also suffering through severe insomnia for over 16 months, which led to self-harming myself physically, a lot of anxiety, confusion, and feelings of fatigue and disorientation. The stress I was feeling was blocking me.

I was losing hope, direction, and even identity. I felt I had no worth and unable to put myself together.

I then started using techniques and exercises I have learned over the years as a clinical psychologist, but what is more, I discovered the practice of mindfulness and meditation.

Practicing gratitude, strengthening my mind, being present and aware, and the daily practice of mindfulness, meditation, mantras… has healed me.

For the past +4 years I counsel and coach others in their own personal development and transformational journey.

I combine my knowledge as a psychologist, passion, and own experience to help you heal from your past traumatic experiences, shift your mindset into a stronger and positive one, and help you shape your lifestyle the way you desire.
