This is a week to disconnect from the external noise that disturbs you, the routines, the stress, and toxic environments.
The focus of this retreat is Personal Development through the connection of mind, soul, and body. Each workshop is designed as a continuation of the one before. This is a journey! We will be diving deep into bringing awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and behavioral patterns, and notice what serves you and what doesn’t. We will learn the functions of the mind, set daily intentions, figure out what your personal strengths, values, and passions are, practice queting your mind and nurture your souls through guided meditations and mindfulness exercises, and laugh together as we collect memories!

How does the daily schedule look like?
The schedule will look more or less like this;
8:00 Light breakfast
8:45 Intention settings
10:30 Meditation / Mindfulness practice
12:00 Free Time to relax, collaborate, network, treatments, or any other activity you desire!
14:30 Workshop (journaling, vision and goal setting, emotional regulation, understanding the self, vulnerability share, mindset, deep connections…)
17:00 Individual work (One on one sessions, workbook with exercises and tools)
18:30 Sunset views & Chill
20:00 Dinner & closing day
* I use the combination of Cognitive behavioral therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and Mindfulness practices to acompany the sessions and workshops.
