Therapy sessions are a meeting between you and I, with the goal of improving the quality of your life. Together we will resolve any problematic beliefs, feelings, behavior, relationship issues, and/or somatic responses. Through therapy, you can change the way you feel about yourself, resolve painful feelings, replace the self-sabotage and self-destructive behaviors and habits for healthier ones, heal childhood traumas, improve relationships, and much more!

Training & Therapy Style

I have received academic training for over 10 years to develop the skills to support others. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in Spain (M-30094) with a strong passion in understanding the human mind and behavior.

I observe, analyse, evaluate mental, emotional, behavioral, energetic patterns, and then focus on concrete steps to find clarity and work at the subconscious level, which is 90% of our minds.

I use the combination of different psychological tools such as; Neuro Linguistic Programming, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness to consciously transform you.

I give you the tools and guidance to build self-awareness, understand your emotions, overcome self-doubts, heal from past traumatic experiences, and discover your natural talents to maximize your strengths.

Structure of Sessions

I offer a safe and non-judgemental space to assist you with your specific needs.

The sessions are 60 minutes and can be done in person or online over video call.
