Coaching is a two way communication between the Coach and the Coachee.
It has a positive approach and it is often action-oriented.

Coach usually asks specific questions so you can tap into your own inner wisdom, where all the answers lay. The coach guides you and gives you the tools, resources, mindset, and perspective to set you for growth and wellbeing.
The coachee finds the solutions, and creates a suitable action plan to achieve the goals he/she may have.

I believe that change and transformation exists, for anyone, at any given time and age. It all depends on how much you want it.
I believe in the power of the mind. We live life based on what we’ve been taught and what we’ve experienced. We create thoughts around those experiences. These thoughts come hand to hand with emotions, our energy to move. We then behave responding to life events according to how our system looks. The outcomes might or might not be helping you to live a balanced and happy life. Therefore, I consider it fundamental to bring awareness into our life so we can understand what type of thoughts we have, our belief system, what emotions we feel and why, and how we are responding to life.

Apart from the formal education, I consider that part of my work is completed with other life experiences I’ve been through.
My holistic coaching focuses on bringing you awareness on how you think, feel, and behave (how you have been programmed and conditioned) so you can take the necessary actions to make the small changes that add up to greater results over time. I use the combination of different tools and resources to enable you to tap into your own wisdom and expertise.

The 1:1 sessions take place online, usually through a Zoom or Skype call. Before the session I will send you the link to our session.
I believe this time and space is for you, therefore I don’t believe in simply telling you what to do and what not to do. I like offering you the safe and compassionate space for you to voice your truth, share your innermost thoughts and feelings, be vulnerable, heal and transform.
I often ask you specific questions so we can dive deeper into the topics and work we are doing, so you can observe, reflect, and become aware of patterns within you.
I often prepare sessions based on what we’ve agreed on, but I also follow my intuition and expertise to redirect the session into the direction I feel it’s needed. I always ask you before if you are okay with doing a particular exercise. My intentions are for you to feel comfortable at all times!
After sessions I give you some “homefun” with exercises you can be doing in between before we have our next session. I believe this is a process, therefore the inner work should be done at all times!
The focus of the sessions is to provide you with the right mindset and tools that you need to feel motivated and empowered to achieve your goals.
Coaching can help you reprogram your belief system, understanding the way you have been performing so you can modify any aspect that isn’t supporting your growth, reduce stress and worry, feel in flow, organize and manage your time and tasks, learn how to keep yourself accountable, create action plans to track and achieve your goals, set a more uplifting and positive mindset, give you the tools to practice self-love and self-worth, and more.
Most importantly, I believe that the coaching sessions will help you get to know yourself better. Investing time in yourself will allow you to discover hidden parts of yourself, accept and love yourself, and create a healthy loving and compassionate relationship with yourself. I consider this being a fundamental as you then feel in control of your life.
The 1:1 sessions are designed to your specific needs, goals, and intentions. The individual and private sessions give you the space and the time for you to focus on yourself. Together we find possible ways to overcome your challenges.
In these 60-minutes I combine a combination of mindset exercises, mindfulness practice, relaxation techniques, and give advice so you can have a complete experience and the resources to create your own container. My focus in the sessions are to provide you the necessary guidance, tools, and resources so you can feel motivated, empowered, and independent.

For many years, behind my permanent smile, there was fear, pain, and insecurities. I was afraid to use my voice and speak up. I was afraid of expressing my true thoughts, my real emotions, and hid all my true desires and willingness in order to satisfy the needs and desires of others. For years, I held on to that image I had created for myself, of being that forever polite, people pleasing, correct girl. Keeping her struggles and challenges to a side, which, in the end, kept me even more detached from my real self.
There came a time, I had to accept and ask for help. I received guidance and support from others that have now brought me to today.
So, I know it takes a lot of courage to open up and ask for help. One thing I have learned over time, is that vulnerability has its power. It can bring you to places you’ve never imagined were possible for you. It doesn’t make you less capable, less worthy or weak, it simply means that you are brave and courageous enough to share your challenge, voice your message, and receive the piece to complete your puzzle. Vulnerability is courageous, empowering, and uplifting.
It is time to look within and be honest with yourself. “Even if it’s scary, do it” – a quote I first read when I began my own journey and has opened the doors to opportunities, but most importantly to self-worth, healing, and transformation.
